FAQ

Why didn't my ballpoint pen stain disappear, even though I treated it with Dr. Beckmann Expert stain remover Pens & ink before washing?

The stain must be dabbed-out completely before the washing, because residual stain particles will bond through the washing process and can then no longer be removed.

How do I remove indelible ink?

Unfortunately, indelible ink can't even be removed with a Expert stain remover.
