FAQ
Why are the sweat stains suddenly turning white after the treatment with Dr. Beckmann Stain Expert Rust & Deodorant? What should I do?
Sweat stains are composed of several elements. These can be very stubborn. White patches are the residues of deodorants. In this case we recommend applying the Dr. Beckmann Stain Expert Rust & Deodorant again in combination (simultaneously) with the Dr. Beckmann Stain Expert Lubricants & Oil, so that even the last components of the stain will be removed.
Why doesn't the stain removal work with the Stain Expert Rust & Deodorant?
Dr. Beckmann Stain Expert Rust & Deodorant removes iron oxide containing stains. If the stain was caused by other metal oxides, the Stain Expert Rust & Deodorant will unfortunately not be suitable.
Dr. Beckmann Stain Expert Rust & Deodorant did not remove the sweat stains. A yellow rim still remained. Why and what can I do?
Sweat stains are composed of several elements. The odour-inhibiting components of a deodorant are removed with the Dr. Beckmann Stain Expert Rust & Deodorant, but the other components are not because these can vary greatly depending on the deodorant. You can try to remove the yellowish sweat rim with the Dr. Beckmann Stain Expert Tea & Juice using the soaking method.
